4. Project Inquiries and Response Times
We aim to respond to project inquiries promptly.

(b) Response Commitment
We generally respond within two (2) business days.

- If you contact us on Monday, we aim to respond by Wednesday.
- If you contact us on Thursday, we aim to respond by Monday.
- If you contact us on Saturday or Sunday, your inquiry will be treated as received on Monday, and we aim to respond within two business days.

5. Project Evaluation and Pricing
(a) Every business has different requirements.
Therefore:
- We do not provide fixed public pricing.
- All pricing is determined individually.
- Pricing depends on project scope, features, complexity, timelines, integrations and support requirements.
- A formal quotation or proposal may be provided before project commencement.
- Prices may be adjusted if project requirements change significantly during development.
(b) Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may result in revised pricing and timelines.
6. Project Acceptance
(a) A project is considered officially accepted when:
- Project requirements are discussed;
- Both parties agree to the proposed scope;
- Payment arrangements are agreed upon; and
- We confirm acceptance of the project.
(b) Work may not commence until the above requirements are satisfied.
7. Payment Policy
(a) Payment terms may vary depending on project size and complexity.
(b) Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following structure generally applies:

An advance payment of 50% of the agreed project value is required before work begins.
(d) Final Payment
The remaining 50% is payable before final delivery, deployment, transfer of ownership, or release of project files.
(e) For larger projects, milestone-based payment schedules may be agreed upon separately.
(f) Failure to make payments may result in:
- Suspension of work;
- Delayed delivery;
- Restricted access to services;
- Temporary withholding of project files;
- Termination of the agreement where appropriate.
8. Delivery and Project Access
(a) Ownership and administrative access to deliverables may be provided after applicable payment obligations have been fulfilled.
(b) Depending on the project, deliverables may include:

- Website administrative access;

- Source code;
- Documentation;
- Hosting credentials;
- Security reports;
- Project-related assets.
(c) We reserve the right to withhold final deliverables until outstanding payments have been completed.
9. Refund Policy
(a) Because every project involves planning, consultation, research and development efforts, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
(b) Before Work Has Started
If no work has commenced, a refund may be considered.
Administrative or payment processing charges may still apply.
(c) During Initial Planning or Consultation
Partial refunds may be considered depending on:
- Time invested;
- Resources allocated;
- Work already completed.
(d) During Active Development
Once development, implementation or production work has substantially commenced, refunds may be reduced or may not be available due to resources already invested.
(e) Completed Deliverables
Refunds are generally not available once:
- A project has been completed;
- Final deliverables have been provided;
- Ownership or administrative access has been transferred.
(f) Client Delays or Abandonment
If a project cannot proceed because of:
- Failure to provide information;
- Lack of communication;
- Failure to provide approvals;
- Failure to provide required materials;
- Extended inactivity;
we reserve the right to place the project on hold or close the project.
Refunds may not be available in such circumstances.
10. Client Responsibilities
(a) Clients agree to:

(c) Upon full payment, ownership rights for specifically agreed project deliverables may be transferred to the client.

- Completed work remains payable;
- Work already performed may be deducted from refunds;
- Outstanding balances remain payable where applicable.
(c) Any project materials already delivered remain subject to intellectual property rights and payment obligations.
18. Termination by Us
(a) We aim to complete every accepted project professionally and responsibly.
However, we may terminate or suspend services where:
- Payment obligations are not fulfilled;
- Abusive conduct occurs;
- Fraud or illegal activities are involved;
- Required cooperation is repeatedly refused;
- Continuing the project becomes impossible.
(b) If we terminate a project for reasons not caused by the client, we will seek a fair and reasonable resolution.
(c) Depending on circumstances, this may include:
- Delivering completed work;
- Providing partial deliverables;
- Issuing appropriate refunds where applicable;
- Offering reasonable compensation measures.
19. Changes to Services
(a) Technology evolves continuously.
We reserve the right to:

- Discontinue certain offerings where necessary.
